Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Life’s Digital Bits! This policy outlines how refunds are handled for our technology services, live courses, community membership, and digital products, including eBooks, templates, and self-paced courses. Refund policies for consulting, training, and coaching are included in the service agreement.
Services
Diagnostic Fees:

A non-refundable diagnostic fee will be charged to assess the issue. This fee will be applied to the work cost if you choose to proceed with the service.
Labor Guarantee:

If any issues arise within ten (10) days of service, not due to user error, please get in touch with LDB immediately. Every effort will be made to address the issue at no additional charge.
Data Recovery:

Data recovery services are performed on a "best effort" basis. There is no guarantee of complete or successful data recovery. No refunds will be issued for unsuccessful data recovery attempts.
Unused Services:

In the case of unrenewed prepaid retainer agreements, any unused portion of the retainer will be refunded at the end of the service period, minus any incurred expenses.

Live Courses
Cancellation and Rescheduling:

Sessions may be canceled or rescheduled up to 2 hours before the session starts. Failure to do so will result in a forfeiture of your session.

Refunds for sessions after 2 hours before the session starts will only be provided if the session is cancelled by LDBits.
No-Shows:

There are no refunds for missed sessions. You may schedule a make-up session for $50 per session.
Late Arrivals:

To ensure a productive session, please respect the allotted time. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate scheduled appointments. You may schedule a make-up session for $50 per session.
Technology Trouble:

Log in to the session at least 5 minutes before the session starts to check for technology issues.

If you have any technical difficulties, please contact the instructor immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Community Membership
Partial Refund:

In rare cases, if there is a technical issue that significantly hinders your ability to access or participate in the community and it is not resolved within a reasonable time frame, a partial refund based on the remaining duration of your membership may be provided.
No Refunds:

Refunds will not be granted for dissatisfaction with the content, discussions, or member interactions within the community.

Refunds will not be granted for violations of community guidelines that result in account suspension or termination.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. However, there may be situations where a refund is appropriate. Some exceptions are outlined below:

A full refund will be provided if the download cannot be sent to you due to a technical issue on LDB’s end.

Technical Issues: If a technical issue prevents the product from functioning properly on a compatible device and the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable time frame, a full or partial refund may be provided.
Please note:

You must provide details about the technical issue you are experiencing, including your device specifications and any troubleshooting steps taken.

Refunds for technical issues will not be granted for incompatibility with outdated or unsupported software or operating systems.

Refunds will not be offered for user errors or for products that you decide you don't want after downloading.
Important Notes:

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@ldbits.com within fourteen (7) days of service or purchase.

Refunds will be processed within thirty (30) business days of approval and issued to the original payment method used.
