Virtual Computer Tune-Up Service

A calm, supportive check-in for your computer

If your computer feels unpredictable, slower than it should be, or just a little hard to work with, you’re not alone. Most people rely on their devices every day for work, communication, creativity, and organization — yet very few of us are ever shown how to care for them in a clear, ongoing way.

When technology starts to feel like it’s working against you, it can quietly drain time, energy, and focus. A Virtual Computer Tune-Up (or Tune-Up) is designed to help you pause, take stock, and bring things back into balance — without jargon, pressure, or judgment.

What this Tune-Up is (and isn’t)

This is not a rushed repair session or a sales call. It’s a one‑on‑one, virtual appointment focused on helping your computer work more reliably and making sure you understand what’s happening along the way. Think of it as preventative care for a tool you depend on.

During our 90‑minute session, we’ll:

  • Look at how your computer is currently performing

  • Address common sources of slowness or instability

  • Review basic security and privacy settings

  • Check your current version of Windows and talk through upgrade options if needed

  • Talk through your questions and concerns

Throughout the session, I'll explain what we’re doing and why, in plain English, so you can make informed decisions without feeling talked down to or overwhelmed.

What people usually notice afterward

Most clients don’t just notice a faster computer. They also tell me they feel:

  • clearer about how their system works

  • less anxious about updates and warnings

  • more confident handling everyday tech tasks

  • relieved to know what matters and what doesn’t

The goal isn’t perfection. It’s reliability, understanding, and a better relationship with your technology.

Investment:

$95 (normally $120)

Duration:

90 minutes

When you’re ready

If starting the year with clearer, more supportive technology would be helpful, or if small issues are beginning to pile up, a Virtual Computer Tune-Up may be a good next step.

You’re welcome to book a session when you’re ready, or reach out with questions if you’re not sure. My role is to demystify technology and support you in making choices that feel informed and manageable.
